Babies make no sense

If I want Liv to sleep, the slightest noise or movement wakes her up. But if I need to her to wake up, an earthquake wouldn't phase her. Here, she fell asleep just before it was time to go to Gymboree. I took her clothes off of her and she didn't even wake up! What's that all about?
