A Party in Pictures

We attended Payton's first birthday party on Sunday in Zilker Park. The weather was absolutely beautiful (even cool, if I dare say so). Liv had a grand ol' time. She really just wanted to hug and squeeze and kiss Payton the whole time, but he shunned his advances. Here is the day in pictures:

Liv: "Maybe if I sneak up behind him, I can kiss him before he has a chance to run away."
Payton: "I have a funny feeling that something bad is about to happen."

Liv: "Okay, now I have done this before. Let me tell you how it works."

Payton: "You girls need to leave my new toys alone!"

Liv: "Hey, whatcha got there?"

Liv: "You kids just play, and I will relax here for a minute."

And is a photo of Cara's fabulous cake. I can't believe she made this--even the little farms animals. I was so impressed...and it tasted so good.

And I got to see Molly and meet her adorable little baby for the first time. She was so tiny and precious.

We had such a great time!
