At the end of April, Gammy Mary visited from Wisconsin. We had a wonderful visit, and Liv just loved her. Gammy Mary has quite a boisterous laugh, and Liv thought she was very entertaining. Audrey and Stanley were thrilled to see their old friend. (They definitely remembered her from the time she stayed when them when Sean and I were on our honeymoon.)
After nearly two years, Liv's hair has finely started to calm down. I can actually let her wear it down on occassion, but it usually ends up with some sort of food stuck in it. She has the cutest little curls in the back.
And the kid still loves to dress up. It is amazing some of the "outfits" she comes up with.
And on an unrelated note, I would like to ask for your prayers for a little boy and his family who are on a horrifying rollercoaster ride. These are friends of a friend of mine, and I have been completely engrossed in their saga via their blog. Their son, Miller, was born three months premature. He is having multiple health issues, some of which may have long-term implications. His parents strongly believe in the power of prayer, and they can use all the help they can get.

I am so jealous of Liv's hair! Campbell will be lucky if her hair is that long when she is 5!
And thanks for the prayers for baby Miller. I know it means a lot to his parents.
